KrewTask collects employee data required for HR, attendance, leave, claims and payroll, including name, IC number, bank details, clock-in location and attendance selfies.
Data is used solely for your employer’s workforce management, salary and statutory contribution calculation, and account security. We do not sell personal data.
Sensitive data is encrypted, access is restricted by role and every access is logged. Selfies and location data are kept for the retention period set by your employer.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data through My Profile or by contacting your company’s data protection officer.
